Cannpassion Medicinal Cannabis Dispensary is working on obtaining a development permit from the City of Vancouver to secure its current location. The city has stated that Cannpassion located at 2943 Kingsway is 10m too close to Vancouver Formosa Academy located at 5621 Killarney St.

Cannpassion believes the approximate measurements taken by the city is inaccurate and not substantiated with a concise measurement of distance from property line from the school to the dispensary. For this reason Cannpassion is asking the public, patients, residents & businesses in the surrounding area and individuals who are familiar with Cannpassion & the service they offer to sign this petition.

On February 17th/2016 at 3:45pm Cannpassion is scheduled to speak with the city and the board of variance at Vancouver City Hall and would like to collect as many signatures before that set date.
