With this petition you are supporting the legalisation of Cannabis in Namibia and the set up of a Hemp Industry.

We call for our Government to legalise Cannabis to rectify a racist apartheid law in our substance abuse and prohibited substance act that was not based on evidence of harm but on a racist agenda against black People.

We call for an end to arresting innocent People for using a plant.

We call for our Government to acknowledge the wide range of benefits and potential of Cannabis .

We call for a Cannabis industry to create multi sector industries and employment to uplift vulnerable and rural communities in a sustainable and environmentally beneficial way.

We want to use, cultivate and trade with Cannabis and Hemp.

We call for a halt on all Cannabis arrests and repatriations for those previously harmed by Cannabis prohibition.
