Ask former war torn countries about the necessity of feeding their civilians, then compare that necessity against supply management and open market systems. The ability to control your food supply is paramount and an open market is not control. Feed the people at. Reasonable prices through supply management.

It's high time we we started to believe in our Canadian product.This TPP makes no sense as we have everything they need (read oil and water) and they have nothing we need.

As a Canadian citizen and a Canadian Dairy farmer, I wholeheartedly support supply management. It has been proven in several countries, whom have disbanded SM, that the dairy industry takes a hard hit a relies heavily on government subsidies
