I have never in my life been to a cafe with such a huge range of gluten free food that tastes as good as this. Brunswick is so lucky to have a place like Cafe Henkel. Council should be ashamed of themselves for making you wait this long for a permit.

This cafe needs to remain open as it provides a much needed service for suffers of Coeliac Disease. I have dined here many times, the food is amazing & the service top notch. It would be an absolute shame if the lack of council action forces this place to close.

It's hard enough to find places for my wife to eat being gluten free without them being shut down by councils making it hard for them to expand

For those of us with coeliac disease Cafe Henkel provides certainty when usually there is none when dining out. Please allow the business to flourish and grow, it is an invaluable asset to the community.

Since I was diagnosed as a Coeliac in 2001, I have seen many small businesses trying to assist those with dietary issues, fail. Council should expedite planning approval so that Cafe Henkel which has drawn accolades and is accredited by the Coeliac Society, can stay in business.

Please grant Cafe Henkel the permit needed to open up a larger cafe area. As I have coeliac disease, it is rare to find a cafe that is 100% safe to eat that is completely gluten free. I have loved eating amazing food here and I will be devastated if they have to shut their doors. Come on and support these local businesses that are trying to make a go of things.
