Have pity on those who find life hard enough as it is without making them travel even further for their humiliation. We seem to have lost any compassion for those who really want to work.

As an ex-Brighouse resident I know how important this Job Centre is to the residents. To move it to Halifax would be appalling as the people who are out of work need this facility close to hand. How many more Brighouse facilities are going to be swallowed up by Halifax? Brighouse residents pay just as much in the way of rates as people in Halifax but are gradually losing all their facilities to the bigger town. It's just wrong, wrong, wrong!
