If motorized and non-motorized bicycles are allowed on local roads then so too should ATV’s as long as required equipment is installed on them and or worn by the operator.

Lots of communities are allowing this. Ketchkan for one allows it and utvs are already on the road. If you havent ever ridden an atv or utv or dont know what those two abbreviations mean, dont take my rights away for being ignorant. Make this legal and enforce the rules of the road just like noral. Nothing changes, in the laws or how they are enforced. This will bring more buisness and revinue into our community.

The state allows this so should the City Council.Same rules as other vehicles.You let bikes on the roads these vehicles are safer to be in then bikes.
