Matt, when I first heard about all this scandal, I couldn't believe it. It's tremendously unfair for you to be criticized only for a shirt which isn't sexist in any way possible (c'mon people, it's 2014, we all know provocativeness is a common and normal thing, not a crime. Besides that, I highly doubt that these drawings were designed to denigrate the image of women). All of this was originated by people who only like to vilify and disrespect other's achivements. I'm proud of you and all of your team, keep up the good work!

Keep doing and wearing what you like, seriously. Of course it's a huge thing to receive so much hate, but remember, there will always be infinitely more people who appreciate all the things you've accomplished.

Matt, your shirt is amazing. Please do not be offended by the small number of people who called you sexist because of what you wore. They give true feminsits a bad reputation.

Dear Matt, you have nothing to apologize for. This shirt does not offend sane women. Actually I think it hardly could offend anyone, nice shirt. You and your team made a great achivement that will probably help us to understand better what we are and where we from. Thank you and don't let those people bring you down.

Mathematical and scientific prowess, social norm-defying tattoos, the cool shirt-- Matt Taylor, you're everything I wish I could be. I can only hope that one day my children will grow up to be like you. You've contributed more than any of your attackers have. Hope you know there's a movement of people who support you, your clothing choices, and understand the bigger picture. Rock on!

I love that shirt. Thank you, for actually helping to advance humanity and what we can do. When I saw what happened my heart practically broke, you deserve much better than you've recieved, here's hoping you get it! You're an amazing guy and a shirt shouldn't dictate at all who you are. As we say on the internets, YOU DA REAL MVP. *SALUTE*
