As a feminist I am so disgusted about this, this man has done something INCREDIBLE and it's being overlooked because of his shirt? The people who screamed feminism when they complained about this shirt are NOT feminists. They're idiots who pick out everything a male does and turns it into an argument about sexism. If a woman would have worn a shirt depicting a male would she be criticised? No. Feminism is about EQUALITY. This is just idiotic and embarrassing. Everyone commenting saying feminism is wrong, please understand that this is not feminism but petty people who need to get the sand out their vaginas and enjoy life. Matt, your work on the Rosetta mission is extraordinary and you're such a great person! I want to support you in this situation with shirt. I'm a women and for me it seems strange that someone can be offended by the image on the shirt. I'm proud of humanity and its advances, I'm proud of men and women working in the field of science. And I am outraged by the actions of feminists. I apologize for mistakes, English is not my native language :)

Hello! Woman here, 32yo, cat lover. :) When I saw you, my first thought was "so, normal guys can be scientists, too?", it was pretty cool! I thought you had to be a certain way to be a scientist, but you're so different it was reassuring. When I have children, I'll tell them about you, girl or boy, so they'll know anyone with any look can be a scientist! Please realise that the people that went after you are a loud minority, it's extremely sexist to believe that a woman wouldn't pursue a career or feel welcome in a field because one wears a shirt with curvaceous girls! Please, please, please don't let them change your opinion on women! We're not delicate flowers! And it's really intolerant to obliterate men's sexuality, too! You like beautiful girls, I like beautiful men! Also, cool beard, love it! ;-)
