Just know that you're what every child wants to be when they grow up, while they are the opposite. Keep up the good work Matt!

Hello Dr. Taylor, I am an OIF combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient. Some people call people like me a "hero." I don't know about all that, but I do know that the people I call "hero" are people like you. Exceptionally intelligent, driven, brilliant individuals who push the boundaries of science and technology. Do not worry about all this shirt-related nonsense. Third Wave Feminism is behind it, and it's *NONSENSE*. Pay it no mind. Rise above and stay strong.

Matt -- your bold, funny, and energetic attitude makes science look cool to young people. THANK you for that...this is what is NEEDED to attract young people to the field! And never apologize for being who you are. There will always be bitter people wanting to tear you down. To hell with 'em! You deserve to wear what you want. Keep being you, and best of luck on everything to which you devote your considerable intellect.

Matt, you are a true pioneer, a hero to mankind. These SJW will never accomplish in a hundred lifetimes what you do in a year. You did nothing wrong; you merely expressed yourself, which should not be punished. You are a hero.

Seriously, what is the big deal!!! Dr Taylor's accomplishments with the Rosetta programme IS the big deal here! It far outweighs the soul destroying feminist views that his shirt accumulated recently. Well done Dr Taylor, you deserve a knighthood for your work. x

Screw those oversensitive babies. You accomplished something amazing and you did nothing wrong by wearing that gift your friend made you.

Dr. Taylor, you wore the shirt a friend made for your birthday, and you wore it to a very important day of your life. You did nothing wrong.

That is a swaggin' shirt and he should not feel bad for wearing it. He and his female friend that made it for his should feel proud for having such great taste in style. I would love to have a shirt like that, and if you are reading this Matt, then maybe you could talk with your friend to have her make some for sale? Please? I really do love that shirt.

Admittedly the choice of shirt was not the best but you certainly do not warrant the storm that has been raised. I am sure that what you are very upset about is how such a tiny issue has detracted from the great event that is the Rosetta Mission. You and your team have made history and you deserve to be recognised for your achievements. I was proud to be a bystander. I cannot imagine how you must have felt at touchdown. Please do not let this ruin you and instead keep progressing. You are more than entitled to that.
