That shirt's awesome, kudos to your friend making that Matt. I say, keep wearing that shirt. It was made for you especially, was it not? It'd be a shame if you would no longer wear it just because of those dim-witted petty comments by those "feminists". Feminism is about equal rights towards women, and for those women who shame the opposite gender for a shirt? Now what's the point of equal rights for women if you aren't treating others equally as well. Feminists complain they should be able to wear whatever they want without being harrassed shouldn't talk if they're the ones harassing you. Keep your head up, Matt. This is probably super cliche and overused, but don't let the hate get to you. We'll be there to support you. Ps. I love your blog.

Hey Matt, landing something on a comet was pretty awesome and so are you. Thank you for being a part of something that made great advancements in science, even though it might not seem like it to many now. It shouldn't matter what you wear when you do science, as long as you feel comfortable in it. My grandfather had a friend, Gene Larrabee, who taught at MIT in a suit and sneakers in a time when it was expected for professors to dress fully in a suit, tie, and formal shoes. That did not stop Mr. Larrabee from being great. Ignore those who want to take away from your achievements by drawing attention to themselves. You have a great friend who was thoughtful enough to make a great shirt for you. Stay awesome.

The mind boggles at how much press coverage a shirt has managed to get. Thankfully, there's still plenty of people with common decency that are far more interested in the wonderful achievements of Matt & the team with regards to the Rosetta Mission.
