You also should know that no sane person would ever criticize you and nullify this project over the choice of your clothes. Just because you offended someone doesn't mean you did something wrong. Just because someone says you're a misogynist doesn't mean you are one. These people use shock and shame to control people. They know good men love women, so they call them misogynists to shame and guilt them into changing behavior. It's sick. I think your shirt rocks, especially since your friend made it for you. Keep up the great work! Philae landing was the most exiting single event I was following this year. Sorry, that your grand achievement was overshadowed by idiots harassing you over a nice shirt.

As a woman in science myself, I'm ashamed that there are women out there who are so fixed on petty things like appearances and so unable to appreaciate what amazing things this man and everybody else on the mission has done. Keep up the good work Matt!
