I just wanted to say congratulations on your massive achievements these past few weeks. Unfortunately in media there is always someone ready to darken anything good that's going on and find problems in anything they can. your a sensible smart guy and I am sure you can see beyond this complete lunacy that has arisen. don't let a very small percentage of the population get you down chap. I love the shirt. just think have they ever slated who framed Roger rabbit for being g series because it has a sexy cartoon it ? Screw those guys. You did something historic, your team will go down in the history books (hopefully with you in it) and you will always be remembered for what you've done. What have they done? They'll be remembered in the same manner as the government who thought alcohol prohibition was "a good idea." You did an awesome job, you and everyone on your team.

As a woman I feel absolutely appalled that Dr. Taylor has received this kind of backslash over something as inconsequential as shirt especially in light of what he has helped accomplish. I'm honestly sorry that some people are so shallow that they'd stop at that and I wish you all the best. And I'm feeling really sorry and embarrassed that these people (who other than being shallow must really have a victim complex to feel degraded because of a shirt) are even being taken seriously.

He is an amazing scientist and seems a genuinely nice man. I can't believe how stupid people are reacting to something as mundane and trival as a shirt. If someone like Jay-Z was wearing it no one would care. I admire Mr. Taylor for his incredible accomplishments and hope that he does not allow this to get him down. He has my full support. P.S I count myself as a feminist and I actually liked the shirt. For God's sake people learn how to laugh
