I have chronic issues from encephalitis following infection with West Nile Virus. There is abundant evidence in the medical literature that CBD will help me recover without side effects, or provide relief without potentially habit forming prescription drugs that i must currently rely on. Please pass this bill so that patients with need may have access.

I believe all adults shld have the choice to use marijauna if they want. But allowing it for ppl with a medical need for it wld be a great start.

I have Ptsd cannabis helps me but i have to worry about going to jail. i rather use cannabis then the 4 different meds Va gives me for so called treatment

Prohibition doesn't work, and if you claim it does, then you're mentally handicapped, or profitting from the harms resulting from prohibition. Cannabis is medicine, this is old, old, OLD news. Thousands of years ago, ancient Egyptians knew of the great medical value of cannabis. If this nation is to be called a free nation, then there should be no privately owned prisons creating a demand for prisoners who were arrested for non-violent, victimless offenses; and there should be no plant or fungus deemed fit by the creator, but deemed a mistake by man, in an effort to fill said prisons. If you are reading this, know that times are changing, and people are starting to get their heads straight. Serve the people, not the dollar.
