On April 2, 2015, SB 326 was introduced to the Alabama Senate by Alabama Senator Bobby Singleton. This bill proposes for the legalization of marijuana for some 25 classes of patients to be legally prescribed cannabis as treatment for their illnesses. This bill will go to Committee and then through the appropriate channels and if successfully passing both chambers will be sent to the Governor. Please read the bill and, if you support such, sign this petition.
