The scale of this response confirms the community backing required to move the relocation plans forward. I am currently finalizing a formal briefing for the council to address the specific concerns raised by the opposition.

Mel is a true professional with the dogs.i wouldn't send them anywhere else and it.s not really like a boarding kennels as the dogs as we know are allowed to roam around together in a totally safe environment. Most of Mel customers are al repeat so she knows which dogs get on wiv who an the dogs hav a fabulous time ,anne colley
have been using mel for dog grooming for several years and know neither the grooming buisiness or the 6 kennels cause a nuicance
Mel is a well respected and professional person, the dogs she cares for are treated with the utmost respect an she provides a service no other kennels. The dogs are able to have plenty of fresh air and excersize and are not just locked away in kennels.
Melanie is a true animal lover that puts everyone first... She is bringing business into the area, and I have been at her business while having dogs and they have been well behaved and well looked after, and knowing the farm near by has 12 dogs I cannot see a problem to the local area..
Mel is brilliant with our dogs and also a good neighbour, making sure her work doesn't stop other people enjoying what they do.
Mel provides a wonderful service to her community and all the animals love her you know that your dog is well looked after when you leave them with her peace of mind to all of us who care about our animals

I hope Mel Squires is allowed to run her business in Pentre as she is a good supporter of the local dog charity in Bishop Castle.There probably wouldn't be an issue if this was an agricultural based business.
