Considering the years that this golf course has been a part of community this public hearing is ridiculous! Stripping the golf course of the license well put them out of business!

I am a new business so had to apply for DABC beer license. Tried transferring but was told it wouldn't work with there being a lapse in actual time of business being open. My contract started on Jan 1st of this year. By law, the last operator had to surrender their license after business ceased.
