Our district needs to STEP UP!! Stop the fear and use the facts! You need to be following the science. Kids and youth are not the ones who are getting really sick or taking space in the hospitals. In person school needs to resume! You showed no proof of why you went against what the Governor wanted. You also went against what the parents and students wanted, This is BS needs to have a stop put to it! Big money must be being poured into the schools when you have them closed, Our students are not there yet your still getting the money that should go to us the parents of the students who are getting a sham of an education! You have only based your closing on fear! Our kids deserve to be educated in person! You need to think of the damage of our students and parents and stop being ruled by fear!! Other districts are open and doing sports! You all got a butt load of money for making the schools safe! They are safe yet you keep them closed. Not once has the schools my kids go to have any type of large covid out break! This has become a joke! Your decision has only been driven by fear! Let the sports begin but don't make them wear masks while exercising,. My gosh!! Again kids and youth are not a problem and should not be treated as such! You have gone against the govonors wishes and have gone against the parents wishes! Stop your fear based tactics and open our schools and sports,. I was at a zoom parent meeting the other night and we were discussing the amount of our kids that have said that it's the teachers that don't want to be in the class room and many of them have actually overheard teachers saying they want to work from home and be away from the students. How terrible for our kids to hear there teachers say they want to work at online and NOT be around the kids. That is showing that the district is not acting like our students are important! It's for sure not showing them that they are important!! The district is showing the stude

Students need sports and activities and school is the way students have the opportunity to participate. Too many cannot afford club.

Don’t take anything more away from these children. They need time with their peers and the opportunity to be part of a team.

Open the schools! Education should come way before sports. Students are struggling with online school and yes you have to pass them but you as a committee our hurting our youth,. I'm ok with sports opening up too but stop making our youth suffer with pitiful online school,. Teachers that don't want to teach get a different job! This should be about the students. If I am considered an essential worker and work at a store,. You as sure are a essential worker so stop complaining like my teenagers say you do and get back in the classroom and teach, You as a district are supposed to be doing what I best for the students so enough already! Open the schools.
