After our Team brief on 29th April 2012 at 8:15am we found out from our FLM’s that we TEAM SUPERFINE needs to work on NEW YEARS DAY (01/01/2013), in carefully considering this we think it’s unfair on our team as we worked on this year NEW YEARS DAY 01/01/2012 by so doing if we work on the coming NEW YEARS day means we need to repeat that on 01/01/2014. Team Superfine will be very glad if management will not turned their back our petition of we having that said date as our OFF day to enable fairness
