This series has become a farce by changing the goal posts mid season . Even Peter Brock welcomed the rivalry from Dick Johnson in the 1980's. A one sided race full of Opel 's will kill off the series. Typical knee jerk reaction by 888.

Racing is being ruined by who ever in in cahoots with 888 racing and making the rules suit that team is a damn joke

Supercars are gonna loose not only manufactures over this but also it’s fans. Ford was told to build better cars by Roland Dane last year when e ZB was dominating, and so Ford did, and now they’re being penalised for that. I hope to stop this stupidity.

Unbelievable buch of total idiots. This is nothing short of cheating. Ford should just pull out altogether and start a series that is not run by a bunch of one brands biased tossers.

What change the goal posts when it is just one driver dominating. Maybe he is the best driver currently in the field. Mustangs from another team were only there abouts with the Opels at Philip Island. Exclude 888 as they are clearly not the form Opel Team at the Moment. Interestingly enough when the same current dominant driver was in a Volvo there were also calls of a parity from the then Holden Teams. I smell a dirty stinking rat in all of this. You cannot change rules mid season after you approved them from the start. You are setting those teams back to zero in their data collection and car understanding platform compared to others who are the testing day and now 4 race meets more advanced in their car knowledge.

Supercars you are bringing Australian motorsport into disrepute with your unjust, unfair and ruthlessly one sided rule changes in the interests of only one "manufacturer."

Previous history proves that Supercars ambitions to "protect the best interest of the sport" lay with supporting the majority rule in which the majority of pit lane are Holdens and due to manufacturer sales it suggests that there is a larger fan base for Holden. If Holden lose too many races, this can mean only one thing and thats huge amounts of funds lost. It appears that Supercars best interest lay with supporting Holden & pegging Ford back so they are just a support act. Shame on Supercars for playing God.
