Supercars board transparency/parity

The Mustang platform was rubber stamped by competitors & your technical dept. The season has started & the impacts of other rule changes & technical changes have not yet been worked through 100% by all competing teams. Ford Racing have made a great car, now it is time for the competition to catch up. You can also not discount the talent that has been recruited to drive these Mustangs,

I'm about to walk away from the sport from there signed off on the cars before the season it is up to the other teams to match it not changed a motor vehicle

The car was approved prior to the season .... let it stand! Opel need to build a better car! Stop stifling those that invest in the sport and develop better products!

Why are we making this series the laughing stock of the entire world. You have hobbled Tickford Racing and you won't be happy till the ONE Competitive Ford Team out there falls into the bottom end of the top 10. An absolute disgrace when the Mustang development was totally transparent from start to Finish. Ford had to fit your criteria for a design style admist outcry from everyone as to it being ugly. Never the less it was developed and even signed off by all the other teams. One dominant team owner (that is the supplier for the majority of the field- how that can be allowed but another story) can sway not only the supercars board but media and anyone he chooses. When he says jump they jump. I attach a copy of an article by John Bowe who has got more balls and knowledge than most of the puppets out there Well it’s happened. Just goes to show that the squeaky wheel usually gets the oil. I️ refer of course to the Supercars news that the aero is to be tweaked on the Mustang. As you all should know by now, I’m neither Ford nor Holden inclined. I’m a racing and car guy, but this sort of thing going on in the midst of the season makes a mockery of the series. It reminds me of 1993 and 1995 when the whinging from Holden had changes made mid season. I️ would have thought that sort of thing would be well and truly behind us. Alas, no!! What it does show is that the measurement of aero performance by Supercars has been badly flawed for years, as I️ have pointed out on more than one occasion. It’s now time to adopt a proper process. Genuine real live wind tunnel testing in the USA so this bunfight does not happen again!!! Ever!! In a category that makes and spends millions of dollars every year, the cost of air freight for 3 cars to America and some wind tunnel time is a drop in the ocean. Tell me what you think please. I know a lot of people who now refuse to even watch on tv , because of the blatant bias . Nothing was done when Holden was winning so many . It’s not fords fault that 888 are slower than they where last year

Absolute disgrace what Supercars is doing , all cars are slower than last year and know there putting anchors on em as a reward for hard work , this is a first for any sport to encourage teams to not work as hard at being the best but just to complain to bring the best down to there own abilities, this series is a ship that’s sinking with many ready to jump over board !!

When is this one sided biased crap going to stop. RBR just need to get there single spring sorted. They are the ones having the biggest issues. Anton and Todd seem to be doing ok

I am a bit confused isn't it supposed to be about motor racing and up to teams to build the fastest car. Last year it was the commodores and ford went away and worked on their cars to compete. Now it is the time that the Holden teams to go away and work hard to improve their cars to be able to compete. Supercars have totally ruined this once great sport chasing the bucks of sponsorship and bending over backwards to to make certain team happy ( just because they have money and a brandname doesn't mean they are good for the sport) Hats off need to go to the Nissan team they do not have the budgets of the big boys but they rock up to every event and try their hardest to compete and never hear them bitch and moan they just get on with the racing. SUPERCARS need to listen to their fans who spend their hard earned to go and watch the events.

Ford is been unfairly convicted and they haven’t been given time to test what the charges will do to the cars

Very disappointed with the inconsistency that is being applied to the development of cars - Nissan have had what seems like zero support to get them into more podiums. Nissan and Ford where allowed composite panels only after Holden had run them last year. The Fords are now having the second attempt to slow them down with either a rule that didn’t exist or aero that was agreed by all. All this while t8 are going slower this year than last, it seems they have been the biggest loser with the spring changes, obviously other Holden teams have been able to cope, perhaps better engineers or more effort put in. Seems very strange to try and slow a new car down, if you need to tighten up then look at where the real differences are and get the others up to speed. Looking at qualifying times I don’t see that massive difference to need changes All these adhoc changes will certainly deter any one else wanting to bring a new car to the competition, why would anyone put money into development when they can see the rules changing if they are faster Instead of making what appears to be random adhoc changes take a real look at the rules and tighten them up, do some real testing for parity and make changes for 2020 There is obviously more to it than what us as Joe Citizen see but perception is reality so the sport is loosing a lot of credibility

Supercars are perfetic, the way they are handling this , they make themselves look like amateurs

What they are doing is only in the interest of Holden! Otherwise they would’ve done more to help Nissan over the years

Shame on you Supercars!! All teams signed off on the Mustang and now 2 running changes without retesting. I cant see any new manufacturers joining your championship now!

Keep kicking an eventuality ford will just give up and there will be no competition Supercars will die
