We just learned that Sunrise Beach is planning a 3 month pool deck restoration project beginning tomorrow (3/14/2023). The construction noises and partial pool closures will be such a nuisance that owners and guests will be severely impacted with heavy financial implications for those of us who rent our units when not in residence.

We are requesting that this project is halted and planned for a date over a year in the future during the offseason.

Ideally, this project will all occur at once as quickly as possible (2-3 weeks maximum), however those details including timing and duration (requiring either full or partial pool shutdown) should be voted on by the residents.
