The southern most south facing steep slope on the lot (facing Utah Lake) must not in ANY WAY be disturbed, the result would be disastrous for the homes below. No materials processing, and parcel should be entirely zoned R4.

I agree with the concerns. I am not opposed to development - just do it right and protect what little open space is still available in Draper and protect the citizens who currently live in Suncrest and pay city taxes. Full disclosure on all aspects of development , current and future should be expected. This development will be at the heart of Suncrest it should be a gem that improves the community and not take away from this unique location that the city of Draper has created.

We understand that some development is necessary. However, we want this to be executed properly and with municipal codes as they should be. We in no way want our neighborhoods to be diminished in safety, terrain alterations nor nuisances and disturbances. Thank you.
