Disband Summit Ridge HOA

I was told the HOA was to help with continuity for the neighborhood. It hasn't. And the noncompliance letters seem to be the only thing I see money spent on. And if they say trailers aren't allowed, use the money to provide free trailer storage in a fenced/secure area. The little things they complain about makes them a nuisance to home owners. I don't see the money going towards neighborhood improvements. The city takes care of everything I know of.

HOA here ridicules, more like a scam Santaquin has it covered with their regulations and codes Don't need them, great place to live, better without their wishy washy BS To much pic and chose what they enforce After 3 bankruptcies I thought they were gone, and who wants HOA that runs this from TX or MT

This HOA does nothing the city can't do. Our neighborhood is beautiful because of the home owners not the association that imposes nonsensical restrictions! Down with the HOA!

Hello All. We're looking to buy a house within Summit Ridge HOA but are hesitant to buy into a neighborhood with an HOA. What's this one like? From the looks of this petition, not good. Is this initiative to disband gaining traction? Thanks in advance for any advice.

The HOA has been worthless for the 8 years we have lived here. No more.

I'm building a new home up here. Don't see the point in paying that much a yr just for someone to enforce a code.
