It is never a good idea to mess up the environment. The company makes their money, destroys the landscape n eventually move on, leaving their mess behind for the citizens to deal with. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

We don't need this plant!!! The impact on traffic and trucking alone is undesirable on Tomhicken Rd. The plant is too close to residential neighborhoods and could have an inpact on property values!

The people here in Hazleton 5 miles up the Mt. we are here for Asphalt Plant and its company. If Sugarloaf Township and its residents refuse your Plant. We are Here with open arms " Jobs" is Hazleton and our first agenda for the people .

For years residents suffered through garbage trucks and trash blowing on this road, IT STUNK! That phase is finally finished and NOW they want to wreck it once again with asphalt trucks and that horrendous tar smell! This will impact a very large area. More health problems will come from this "industry". We've finally got the Black Creek on the road to being alive again (which is a tributary to the Cheasapeake Bay Watershed, so now you put an asphalt plant next to it? Seriously? What people also don't realize is that on the southern proximity of this property is very close to 924 and all the food industry plants there. Do we really want to risk losing them?
