Sue has become a fixture in our lives...her consistency, calm nature, and gentle heart have made her a vital part of our extended family and her presence in St George is the glue that helps bind our community together.

Sue is an amazing and caring letter carrier. The time that she has been here k owing that I have health issues and arthritis and fibromyalgia she brings my packages up to me and checks on me. I have had 3 packages stolen all on days that she wasn't here. I have benefits issues with mail also where it is left in the hallway not even in the mailboxes. It will be a devastating loss to our gated community if you remove here from here. This petition is asking to please keep her at seaview estates. I already have open claims and complaints about service when she's not here, buttou will be bombarded worse ifnyoubremove her. Being a letter carrier she has returned the caring and dedication that use to hold this title along with the pride of serving the community. She is the personification of what a letter carrier was and should. Always smiling even at late nights when she is overwhelmed and I have never heard her complain not once. She truly cares for her community and it shows.

I do not live in Seaview Estates, but am one of the residents to whom Sue delivers mail in St. George. Our last postal person was unfriendly and rude; we suffered with him for 15 years. Since Sue has been here, our mail comes with no problems and she is a joy to see in the neighborhood. She always has a smile and a wave, offers help above and beyond, and represents the USPS incredibly well. PLEASE don't take her away from us!

My grandpa, father and brother were/are all mail carriers for the United States Postal Service (my father is a recently retired Post Master who served for 40 years). Needless to say, I've heard stories good and bad about all kinds of postal carries who have worked for USPS over the years. I have to say, in my personal opinion, Sue has been the absolute epitome of the USPS would want representing them to their customers. The level of personal service and care she cheerfully gives to each of her customers is unlike anything I've ever seen. My family and I moved up to NYC from SC at the beginning of the year, and she has been one major reason why we have absolutely fallen in love with this new place. I always used to hear others say New Yorkers are rude. People like her are doing their best to bury that stereotype (sadly I cannot say that for all USPS workers I've met here). Please keep Sue in Seaview Estates. The community here has fallen in love with her and would be really crushed to see her go. I can echo what others have said, we can tell which days she isn't working here. Even when we've had trouble with mail not reaching us, and she has always gone out of her way to be right on top of that. Beyond all that though, she has left Easter candy/notes for my kids, taped down my name label in my box when the label started to peel back, and even opened doors for me when I'm trying to carry a package into my apartment. In my family I was the black sheep: working for UPS for nearly 8 years. If USPS employed more workers like Sue, UPS would have really good reason to worry! Again, please let Sue stay. She wants to. We want her to. And we believe you should to. Thanks!

We are not in Seaview Estates ( we leave on Fort Hill Circle) but found out about our Mail Carrier Sue being relocated. First of all when she is Off and another carrier has her Route...Get ready for all your mail to come from 3 to 4 different Neighbors houses! If you want your mail delivered correctly Don'f depend on it. She truly does go above and beyond! I had a delivery of diapers and it was raining instead of her leaving the diapers to be ruined in the pouring down rain she kept them until the next day! Who does that! I'm also writing a letter to the power that be because they need to know that we need her to continue to stay with us and provide quality care as it is rare these days!

The community needs someone like Sue. My mail is always on time and delivered with a smile. With so many changes going on in St.George, let us keep someone we are comfortable with and can depend on.

We have never enjoyed such good mail delivery as we are enjoying now since Sue became our carrier. We hope we can look forward to her continued dedicated service.

I agree entirely with the summary of her work ethic. She truly is dedicated to her job and very personable. She enjoys what she does for a living. She carries a smile even in the harshest of elements. It would be very difficult to ever have a postal carrier to fill her shoes.

Very professional and well dressed always in uniform. I had a problem once. My company had mailed me a check but left out the apt # and without the correct address letters usually get sent back or so on...I told her of this problem and she assured me she'd keep an eye out for it and there she was a week later upstairs knocking at my door with my check in hand and no apt #. I gave her the biggest hug. Please keep her it would be such a lose to us residents!
