In light of this, we kindly request that you reconsider your cleaning strategy and assign a dedicated person to clean the common areas at least twice a week. A more frequent cleaning schedule would significantly contribute to maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness within our residential complex.

Additionally, we have noticed that the dustbins in the vicinity are not being adequately cleaned. This oversight has resulted in unpleasant odors and the presence of worms, posing a health concern for the residents. To address this issue, we propose a bi-weekly cleaning schedule for the dustbins, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays. Regular cleaning on these days would ensure a more hygienic environment and alleviate the problems associated with uncleaned bins.
