I moved to this subdivision, and to this location within the subdivision, to minimize the traffic and maximize the safety for my family. The traffic this subdivision will create near my home is incredibly concerning.

I am against the development of Saddle Creek Estates due largely to the increased amount of traffic it will create in our neighborhood, Havenwood Meadows. As the Mother of 2 small boys, the increased traffic will be a threat to their safety as well as to the safety of the numerous other children that live in this neighborhood. Having an access point to a neighborhood as large as Saddle Creek Estates through a neighborhood already as large as ours is beyond crazy. and extremely dangerous.

I live close to the the proposed entrance to this proposed subdivision. This proposed entrance is located near the site of a fatal auto accident near a dangerous blind curve.

Baumgart Road is a narrow road with hairpins turns. It is not suited to safely handle the increase in local traffic.

Baumgart Road is an already busy road. Adding more traffic will make the road more dangerous.
