Styrofoam is harmful to the environment. It is banned in some states because it is so toxic, it doesn't distintegrate, and it is harmful to people's health because it contains carcinogens. As a Catholic school, our priority should be protecting God's Earth. The most effective and simple way to do so is to replace the styrofoam with paper or reusable trays. God's planet, our only home, comes before everything. Therefore, this can not be ignored any longer.
