As mentioned in the manifesto of Congress party, 6% of the GDP shall be allocated to the Education sector. According to International Monetary Fund World Economic Outlook (October-2018), GDP (nominal) of India in 2018 at current prices is $2,690 billion. I have started this petition so as the Student's Right Commission comes into force and should be executed in order to save guard the rights of the students, to protect them from being politically and socially victimised and to ensure equal opportunities are given to all. Government of India immediately need to bring in force the Students Rights Commission act which protects the basic rights of every student. I urge the student fraternity to come forward and sign this petition.
