She was literally our mom for the week. We could go to her for everything. How you feel if we took your mom away and replaced her with some stranger
In my 6(soon to be 7) years at TLAC I have had the pleasure of watching Mrs.Reddering push myself and other students to try new things that would normally be outside of our comfort zones. She has given me confidence in my everyday life in a way that no one else has and I am tremendously grateful. She is the bright sunshine of TLAC and I would dread seeing even a single year without her. It would be very disappointing if the new campers didn't have the opportunity to meet such an empowering individual because she seriously has a positive impact on everyone she meets. She is a perfect representation of TLAC spirit.
Mrs. Reddering was one of the only staff at TLAC I was able to tell anything and everything to. She was my shoulder to cry on during the sad moments of leaving this wonderful camp as well with any problem I had. She was the one who would sing to me before I slept and was the sweet voice who woke me up. She is truly one of a kind and my TLAC experience would have no been the same if she wasn't there. She not only brings the camp together but she makes every camper feel so special. She was my home away from home. Of course I missed my family during the week of camp but I know one hug from her made me miss them a little less. TLAC is family and she is our mom.
Mrs Redderimg has been my second mom for the three years I've been at TLAC. She help start this camp and none of us would be anywhere without her. She is our mom through and through. She gave us a home away from home where we won't be judged or made fun of. All of us are family and she is our Mom. We love her to death and camp wouldn't be the same without her!
Mrs. Reddering was head of girls camp the entire six years I was able to go to tlac and it honestly made it such an unforgettable experience. I want others to be able to experience the support, love and care that mrs Reddering was able to give to myself and other girls who I went to camp with.
Is it even TLAC if Mrs. Reddering isn't mom?!

Mrs. Reddering is the best, she is part of what made me enjoy TLAC. She was a great resource, support and a sense of security while I attended TLAC and it breaks my heart that she may be removed from this position.
