Hello, my name is Grace and I am an undergraduate student at USF. I believe that the “no test week” that has replaced our reading days was a decision made without the agreement of the students. While it is important that we learn all the material for our classes, I believe I speak for the majority when I say that information given to us the last days before finals will not be absorbed during this stressful final period of the semester. We don’t have tests that week before finals, however we still have to attend classes, learn new information, and complete difficult assignments. For me, I work a part time job during the weekends and so I am left with no time to prepare for my 4 finals that I have back to back. I will be sending this petition to our president, Steve Currall.
