Thank you all the custodians and FM staff who work so hard to keep our campus beautiful, clean, and functioning! You guys put in so much hard work and deserve to be treated fairly. Hamilton needs to acknowledge these concerns and arrive at a compromise!!

Hamilton 2017 Maintenance workers deserve a fair and generous contract! Without them Hamilton College would be an unlivable hellhole!

It’s wack that they have to fight the college on this. I’d be much more likely to donate in the future if I knew that the college was using some of that money for fair wages and working conditions. Otherwise why am I giving Hamilton money?

Support collective action- I’m only at Hamilton College thanks to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Floorlayers Local 2168.

I find it disappointing and repulsive that Hamilton College has not successfully facilitated fair contract conditions for the wonderful community members at facilities management.

The people who clean our dorms and shovel the snow do way more for this school than the admin gives them credit for. Treat them with some basic respect already!
