The students of class COSC 3355 respectfully request a revision to the current test taking procedures. ProctorU consistently fails to deliver a satisfactory experience and causes undue strain on both the mind and the CPU. We allow this nebulous 3rd party browser to take control of our computers when they recently experience a data breach resulting in ~400,000 users' information being leaked. We supply images of our physical bodies, pictures of our driver's licenses/personal ID cards, and a window into our private lives - all for a program that can barely, if at all, provide the service it was designed for. We, the students of COSC 3355, humbly suggest changing the test taking software over to a reputable lockdown browser combined with a webcam.
