This is an abuse of power by those holding the futures of so many staff in their hands! This is a system that has failed before and will fail if it is put in place at the UoR. Listen to the students who are telling you this isn't what they want and do what's right for them, not your pockets!

It is hideously revolting that the University is prepared to lob money at, for example, entirely unnecessary upgrades to the library, or even the planned science park, when it could be using that money to continue employing actual human lives. What is the point of paying these extortionate fees for our education if the money will not be used to keep the hard-working facilitators of that education in work?
