I think Sabbah is a fairly good person, however I cannot cope with his teaching style.

I had no previous experience with programming before his CS-150 course, and he refused to answer questions we had as a class because we "should know that by now as CS majors." I am an EE major.

He had a tendency to act snide and be unhelpful towards people who didn't already understand the material, and could just be rude.

Just has the wrong type of teaching style for this school. He is condescending and acts as if everyone already knows or has background in the material. If you ask a question you are treated as if you should already know the answer.
