There are a lot of us who work and some of us barely make enough as it is. This is also a problem for people who commute. not just students but also some of the professors.

I work Fridays I would not be able to take that day off. My job is a job that requires some one to be their six days a week but I am given the opportunity to miss two days.

This is a highly detrimental change to the schedule, the old schedule does just fine, please do not change it.

The wonderful thing about having a class that only meets once or twice a week is that it allows more days that are free of class (and the subsequent time it takes to commute to class) so that I have time for homework and work. I have a part time job and I need days that are completely open so that I can get enough work in without becoming burned out. Going to school and then going directly to work is exhausting. Having a 3 hour class on a Wednesday night instead of a 1 hour class 3 times a week is so much easier for me. Don't change the class blocks.

There are already so many things about CSUSM that make going to school here an absolute headache and unnecessary challenge, and this is one more item to add to the list. The board running this school are highly incompetent and need to be held accountable for their actions. This class scheduling move is entirely money-driven because their greed has become more important than the positive impact they should be making in student's lives and education experiences. I can't believe they are trying to charge us more money, where does all the money I pay go now? certainly not to my 'education' I am receiving here.

I work full time to pay for my education and support my family. If I have to go to class an extra day that would cut into the income that I'm able to bring home to feed my family.

This will have a huge impact on me as i work on Fridays to help pay for my education. I would have to give up a day of work just so that the school can make up for their incompetence. If there are not enough class rooms for students stop accepting so many new students. It is appalling to me to see that board member with a college education are so incompetent. They need to stop being money hungry, stop building new buildings without classrooms, and start building buildings with classrooms is rooms are a problem.

I take care of little ones at home it is very difficult to pay for child care as it is so that I may attend school and adding on days makes life in general difficult

I myself commute to school from Temecula, and work two jobs. Having online or hybrid classes makes it possible for me to schedule my work and school each week and also helps me save money on gas and parking
