Diversity and teaching diversity is imperative for people to have an understanding of others whether it’s sexual preference or color to harbor a community that is accepting of all these difference and we NEED to stop the HATE of everything that’s not “your normal”.

Red and yellow, black and white, nationality or gender, gay, lesbian, bi or tran we are all entitled to the same rights. Banning all these books to target minorities is just plain wrong! You don’t have to be a white, straight person to love and be loved! And all people deserve respect!

The Hate U Give and Lily and Dunkin are two of my favorite books. I don’t see why they are being banned.
