In order to encourage people to repay as quickly as possible , students have to be given an option to repay the loan without charge(interest) within a period of ten years.

2. We may encourage by putting a charges of £1000/- as admisintrative cost for those who pay after ten years.

3. Practicing muslims willalso avail this loan, who normally do not take such loans as interest is prohibited and so they would also come to mainstream of education and growth.

4. More quicker the money is being repaid and consequently more funds would be available for study loans.

5.It would insentivise to find work to repay the loan as quickly as possible.
