All student loan debt should be forgiven or eligible for bankruptcy. Students were not told you may exhaust all your borrowing potential and not receive a degree. In addition, all universities are not equal even though they are fully accredited. Previously paid credit hours will not be accepted at other accredited universities and colleges.

If a persons qualifies for bankruptcy, debt should be forgiven according to federally filing status.

This petition will be brought to Congress to be ratified as law.
