We as second year students from IC have a few concerns regarding how our faculty decided to handle the current situation. We understand that the Hanze has tried to make the best of a bad situation, but there are several frustrations that we would like to express, as we feel the response to the pandemic could have been handled better, and it is greatly affecting students' mental health, as well as the quality of our education. These are the points that frustrate us:

- Postponing 2.3's exams was a bad idea for both student's and teachers. It brings a much larger workload and sent a message that Hanze did not try to actually deal with the situation, instead hoping it would simply pass.

- There are too many exams in a very short time span, some people have 5 (1.4 re-sit, language, 2.2. re-sit, 2.3, 2.4).

- We have very little resources to adapt to a completely new way of making these exams (for example online mock exams in the same style).

- Block 2.3 is relatively long ago, and there is no clear overview to recap this, beyond student's own notes.

- During the exam, it is not possible to go back to previous questions, which means students have no way to add or correct answers.

- The current situation is very uncertain, causing stress and anxiety among many students, and possibly worsening pre-existing conditions. Despite this expectations and requirements appear to remain the same for students.

- Among students, there is an impression that we have to process and be able to present about 75% of all insights, skills, and knowledge in one exam.

We understand that some of these things can not be changed, however we would like the Hanze to take note of the situation and make ammends in case the situation were to continue.
