This petition is for current Chaparral Student Government members. We, those signed below, think the rule should stand that ONLY Student Body President, a senior position, must have served for one year minimum in Chaparral Student Government in order to run for this office. This position requires immense knowledge of the workings of STUGO and the entire student body so STUGO experience is critical. 14 positions for seniors and juniors and 8 for sophomores and freshman are open to all, including President-level positions for each class, so we feel there are ample opportunities for the entire student body to get involved.
