Child predators should be held accountable to the highest degree!!! I’m a mother of two and cannot fathom that predators like these are not being held accountable! Including the Timothy Benton case, how can a judge (junkin) let that man be free to do whatever at his own house and beach house. How ridiculous is this county?!

It’s a disgrace that a S.O. gets a better/lighter sentence than a person that gets arrested for pot. Or any other drug! I love Alabama, born and raised here, been all over the country and AL is still my favorite place, by far, but this is an embarrassment!!
