Street lights are not presently included in the Peavine Road widening project. It is our belief that street lights should be included due to the high traffic volume and density of commercial development along this road; along with the safety issue created by the fact that Fairfield Glade residents are primarily a senior population, many of whom struggle with night vision issues. Our intention is to gather at least 1,000 signatures to demonstrate to Cumberland County officials how strongly we feel about adding street lighting to this project. Thank you for your participation.
