This survey has been set up by several parents whose children are pupils at St Paul's Primary School, Elsworthy Road, Camden. This survey follows the recent announcement of the school's financial difficulties. We wish better to understand the nature of any budget shortfall and the benefits and disadvantages of any potential rebuilding programme.

The central purpose of this survey is to help the school's governors, Head Teacher and local councillors understand the concerns of the parent body.

Please only fill in this survey if you are a parent or carer of a St Paul's School pupil.

Note that, with reference to question 5, FOSPA is a fund-raising body and not a Parent Teacher Organisation (PTA) with wider responsibilities.
