My instructor warned us about these hand shapes early on but people still do it constantly. Good to know I am not the only one who has messed this up.
PIZZA MISTAKE IS THE WORST. ruined a perfectly fine lunch with a girl i was trying to impress. never learning from that one.
Oh man I definitely signed vagina instead of pizza during my first ASL class. The professor just stared at me blankly for like ten seconds. Never forgetting that one lol
STOP i did the coffee one once. i wanted to ask my classmate if she wanted to grab a drink and she just started laughing so hard. mortified.
Its hilarious how many people think they are the first to make these mistakes. we all have those moments when we first start learning!

I tried to tell a deaf friend I was going to get a drivers license and I accidentally signed it wrong. So embarrassing!!
