It is heartening to see how these signatures helped bring global scrutiny to a practice that needed to end. We should remain vigilant as we move forward to ensure these protections remain permanent.

Every year thousands of dogs are killed at the annual Yulin Festival. Before these dogs are slaughtered they are tortured and mistreated. In no way do I wish to go into detail about how these dogs are tortured than killed. Let me keep this short and simple. We can save these dogs if we try. The hashtag #stopyulin2015 is getting a lot of attention. If this petition gets enough signatures maybe Chinese authorities can stop these dogs from being killed. Please for the dogs, sign this petition. Save the dogs, stop the Yulin Festival from happening

No creature deserves this kind of treatment and humans do NOT have the right to do this to our world and the creatures that inhabit it with us.
Please stop this cruelty to animals, they feel pain just like us!!!!, find better ways to feed others, Go Vegan!!!!
I have already signed in change.org. Is there anything else I can do to stop this horrific event which I know is already in progress. I just can't get these images out of my head and want to help so bad but don't know what else I can do.
dogs aware better than people. my dogs are my best friends. they are the only souls that know unconditional love
I've seen the videos online of the slaughter of innocent cats and dogs that were ones someone's beloved animal and it is truly disgusting. This has to stop.
Dogs are emotional creatures who love and feel pain. They cannot fight for themselves.
the slaughtering of these poor animals is barbaric the people who are involved in this crime should be punished how would they like to be treated like these poor animals

This is barbaric and should be stopped now. No dog should have to suffer like this. the look on some of these peoples faces is sickening they look as if they are enjoying this fiasco. please try to get the Chinese authorities to put a stop to this as soon as possible.
