I do not support this project. There are too many negative impacts to the residents on that hillside, environment, traffic patterns, residential properties surrounding it.

Both Wetlands and P&Z should reject this application, and senseless additions to: local pollution, scores of empty commercial and retail spaces available along RT7 and in Wilton Town Center destruction of the Norwalk River watershed, our Wilton tree canopy, and habitat to plants and animals. Wilton’s current financial condition potentially creates pressure on elected and appointed governing officials to find quick fixes to increase the tax base and related tax revenue streams. This developer’s self-serving assumptions and well-rehearsed narrative, and cast of compensated supporters make compelling theater, however the preservation and protection of the wetlands and watercourses from undesirable and unregulated uses, disturbance or destruction is in the public interest and essential to the health, welfare, character and safety of the citizens of the Town.

Poorly thought out idea, with many negative ramifications to our community, both to drivers and pedestrians.

No more building. Especially at that central intersection. Terrible idea.

Wilton should focus on the natural beauty of our town...not decimate it

Too many space available signs along Route 7 and in Wilton town center. More supply is not going to help.

Both town boards should disapprove this application. It is just another ugly big complex that will add to traffic congestion and further harm our environment.

This development is much too dense to be placed at the busiest intersection in our town. School children from three schools within walking distance to town will be placed in greater jeopardy because of the increased vehicular traffic coming out of three different exits from this proposed development. There is the potential for an added 150+ vehicles from that one development! Outrageous irresponsible proposal!
