I am fed up with the powers that be, telling me i should be saving energy when i have bought every energy saving appliance from light bulbs to fridge to washing machine and my costs for using them keep going up. they talk about greenhouse gases /CO2.?.ect. as their ecxcuse for charging us more for their commodity. if energy is such an invaluable resource why are all official buildings lit up like christmas trees 24/7 when we are told to turn of the light when we leave a room for two minutes. and why does a company plead poverty to increase charges because they are not satisfiying their corporate committments and less than a month later enter profits of 2.3 Billion Pounds ?. that equates to between £200 and £300 per year per customer and at 5% vat the government are not about to stop this cash revenue unless we tell them enough is enough. The govenment are also stifling the growth of business in the uk as a whole but in particular Sotland due to the high and unfair tax on transport fuel. Its time to have a concerted campaign against the yes men who are currently running our towns ,cities ,counties and our country. We need people to stand up and promote our industries (whats left of them) Its time to say enough is enough. Ask your local politician not what he or she stands for but wether they agree with you . if we take away the party politics and vote for people who agree with what we want ,we might actually make our country great again
