Remove the top floor, they don't need it, it is getting out of Hand, manage the Tax Payers Money more wisely.

Bringing down the height is a good move. Aspen is losing its former small-town character fast! If it is agreed that we can do without more conference/meeting space and saves a ton of money, great!

This building and its surroundings can be soooo much better. Removing the top floor is an excellent start. Also, the City should go above & beyond requirements for employee mitigation.

Development by the City of Aspen needs to follow the RULES. COA should exceed code minimums and be a leader in how development should be done. So far this is a very bad example...

I thought when Barwick was asked to leave, that the COA mayor and council would recover from their Kool-aid brainwashing. No one wasted money or broke the COA's own rules like Barwick did. Stop the insanity and make this crucial part of Aspen right!

The top floor is ridiculous. Nobody needs 7,200 sq ft. of meeting space that also blocks the view. Reminds of that 4 story thing in town that also somehow got approved.
