We need to stop C.P.S from kidnapping our children. If they have an accusation they need to have proof before kidnapping the child out of their homes or out of hospitals. For example we offered for them to take our bite mark impressions and it was refused . The C.P.S worker stated "It is not our place to prove who is innocent or guilty. We just protect the children". How is it protecting our children to kidnap them? C.P.S needs to monitor their foster homes. Riverside C.P.S placed our 3 year old son in a foster home and he was abused we have pictures to prove it. When it was reported to C.P.S nothing was done to resolve the issue. Why should C.P.S have this kind of power? What happened to "innocent until proven guilty? As stated in the "Declaration of Human Rights" article 11 section 1, "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees for his defence." But in C.P.S's eyes it is different we are all guilty until proven innocent. We need to change their way of thinking. C.P.S also thinks what they want over rules what has been court ordered.
